Actually having trouble getting even close to my protein goals. I am not a big meat eater, so if you can help me figure out what I need to eat that is protein rich, it will be appreciated. BTW, I am lactose intolerant. Thanks for any help you can give pointing me in the right direction

You can google it, but protein rich foods you can eat, would be fish, eggs and beans. You'll probably get more precise advice if you tell us your calorie and macro targets, and whether your goal is to lose, gain or maintain weight, because usually, when people ask for tips on protein, they've set themselves way too ambitious and unnecessary goals.0

I am too. I've added Boca vegan veggie burgers (17 g protein, 90 calories) and Dannon light & fit Greek yogurt (13 g protein and 90 calories). Since I don't eat meat, adding in dairy will help me increase my protein.0
