Slow and Steady

Slow and steady wins the race. Like everyone else I want the fat off NOW but this is the reality. 2lb average per week. I’m building muscle which will help me sustain this lifestyle. I was able to shave another 50 seconds off my mile this 5 weeks. When I first started back in October it took me over 14 minutes. Next session I hope to be able to do push-ups without being on my knees. If I can’t that’s okay too because I know I’ll get there.
My starting weight in October was 286.

Yes i agree slow and steady. As much as i want to be at my goal i also know if you loose too quickly you are less likely to keep it off1
