It’s time to brag a little...

Lost 45 LBS in the last 4 months

Started at 240 back in October of 2017

Changed what I eat, how often I eat, tracking what I eat. Oh and now I do more than run to the fridge. I’m in the gym at least 4 days a week often 5 or 6. I travel 100% for work so this all happened in hotels. (See progress photos, no joke, 100% hotel life - which requires a bit of dedication to the cause!)

Still want to lose another 30.

Always looking to make new friends on here to help motivate each other!
