Are you drinking you water??

I drink 3 liters through out the day at work then another bottle of water when Im at the gym..


I drink alot of water but its better than getting a headache after the gym from needing more water.

    Usually 5-8 cups...for me. But when the weather is warmer I drink a lot more. Probably 16oz every 2hrs

    i drink alot fo water. nothing but!!!


    i have my 20 oz bottle which is 2.5 8 oz glasses.
    everytime i run out i refill it thats like every 10-20 minutes..hehe
  • I usually drink at least 100- 120ozs of water a day. I always have water with me everywhere I go :drinker:

    I try & try to drink 8 glasses of water...doesn't always work out! I bring two bottles to school with me, but it makes my bag soo much heavier (I'm NOT exagerating..SP). I almost 100 percent gave up soda though! And I switched to skim milk..

  • I try to get in close to 100 ounces of water. I always get a headache when Im not hydrated.

    I usually get about 12 glasses, or 96 oz of water a day, not including the water I get from tea or fresh fruits/veggies. Water is my friend! :drinker:

    errm no idea!! I have a 2litre bottle in the fridge which I fill up as it gets emptyed, about 4 litres in total (no idea on converstion sorry)

    Water is the most important part of my lifestyle now. I am glad to hear it is for you as well. I freak when I think of the years I went without it. I am amazed I am still alive. I drink no less than 96 oz a day now. It has changed so many things, including, no more headaches as you mentioned:wink::drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

    I was stuck with yuckie city water over christmas. But what worked for me was adding lemon juice to it, just a squirt or two. Try that. A tiny lemon(squirt kind)is sure a lot lighter than bottled water:wink:

    I drink usually 120 oz or more on any given day.

    I find myself refilling my water bottle without even thinking about it now.

    the crazy thing is I never liked water even being very active just didnt care for it but once I found a bottle water I like thats it I was hooked. I dont touch tap water though I rather be thirsty then drink tap :sick: --
