It isn't. If you don't have a HRM, most people log it as circuit training.0

Log it as circuit training -general under cardio.
In 20 minutes people typically burn between 150-350 calories doing 30DS. Just depends on their gender, age, height, weight and intensity during the workout.
Wearing a heart rate monitor will give you most accurate calorie burned count, but I think the MFP calorie burn is fairly accurate for 30DS and circuit training...at least it was for me.

HRM - heart rate monitor0

Heart Rate Monitor = HRM. A heart rate monitor is a watch and chest strap unit that lots of MFPers wear to track their exercise and heart rate and calories burned. Its just another tool that makes calorie counting easier for a lot of people. Polar brand makes quite a few good models. Check out Polar FT4 if interested in a HRM. Its about $50. One of the better cheaper ones available.0
