Is there any type of low fat bread and eggs. I was so shocked when I had two eggs and two pieces of toast and I almost met my fat grams for the day!! Also are there any "good" frozen dinners??

If you are looking to reduce fat, consider using/buying only the egg whites. The yolks are where a lot of the fat is at. You can separate yourself, or buy liquid egg whites at the grocery store.

Regarding frozen dinners, I used to eat the healthy choice ones a lot, but, like with any processed foods, they are high in sodium.

I have really tried to move away from these types of foods. Instead, I'll cook things like chicken breasts, tenderloins, extra lean ground beef, tuna, etc. If you don't want to cook every day, you can cook up two packages at a time and then have leftovers for the next day or two.

Are you doing a low fat diet, what is your dietary fat goal each day?

I looked at my brand of bread (with a little butter on my toast) and 2 whole eggs and it comes to 15 grams of fat. You could use one whole egg and use egg whites, or just use egg whites only.

I don't do frozen dinners any longer because of the sodium amounts, plus protein amounts they say they have are not accurate. Why not take one day and meal prep for the week? Bulk cook chicken, etc for the week for example?

Bread doesn't normally have a lot of fat, and eggs are eggs, not much variation i fat there. What is your daily fat goal (grams), and why? Good frozen dinners are thise you like, fit it into your calorie goal.
