Hey whoever’s out there reading this!
My name is Kelly, I’m from Canada, and I am on a mission. At the end of August 2018, I’m dropping everything and moving to Ireland to go to university. I am incredibly motivated to lose weight and get fit before then so I can have the confidence and the ability to make the most out of my experience there.
I’ve always been on the heavier side growing up and my weight has always fluctuated. Now, I am at the heaviest weight I have EVER been with the least confidence I’ve ever had. This is devastating to me.
I turned 22 on January 18th and that’s when it really hit me that I have let myself go, and that I need to make some major changes in order to really be the best me that I can be. I know I am capable of doing this with the right tools and I am so ready to see a difference in myself and my abilities.
I started my journey the day after my birthday and have consistently been going to the gym 5-6 times a week for 1.5-2 hours. I used this app a few years ago but completely forgot about it. I’m back on it now hoping it’ll help me accomplish the most out of the next 6 months, and keep me on track to get to where I want to be in terms of my weight and confidence by the time I start my new adventure!
Current weight: 230 lbs
Goal weight: 165-175 lbs
Dream: I aspire to one day be one of those people who goes on hikes for fun!!
