HI all,
I'm sure this has been asked before so apologies if it has....
I'm looking for websites that have tasty low fat, low carb recipes that give you a good selection of many different recipes, different types of food etc and have clear instructions with all the calorie - fat- carb info etc
I looked at food network but they seem to be not that healthy recipes!
Anyone have any favourites that they use?
Thanks!

dlife.com . Even if you don't have diabeties it gives you the option to look for recipes with low fat or low, lower, lowest carb or low calorie. I love it.
If I am looking for something to fit into my goals I can choose the low that I need.0 -
I love Skinnytaste.com. Everything I've made tastes great!
I also really like supercook.com because they let you plug in the food that you have/want to use & give you a list of recipes you can make with that food. Always helpful in my house!0 -

I am addicted to the Biggest Loser Cookbooks, I have made the meatloaf, pork tenderloin, burgers, etc.
Everything I have made from them is awesome.
Books are cheap to buy also.
RECENT MADE SWEET AND SPICY PORK TENDERLOIN
1 PORK TENDERLOIN (aprrox. 1 1/4lb)
Allspice 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Pepper 1/2tsp
Garlic Powder 1/8 tsp
Onion Powder 1/8 tsp
Cayenne 1/8 tsp
Mix together, rub 1 tbsp olive oil over tenderloin and then roll in above mix.
Place in fridge , covered with sarah for at least 15 min.
Mix in bowl, preheat non stick skillet to med/high.
Add 1 tbsp oil and fry meat 1 min per side.
Then mix together 1 tbsp honey , 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 1/2 tsp hot sauce (franks is what i use)
Place in preheated oven 350 for approx 15 -18 min until registered done.
Tried remembering this from memory so will double check when i go home.
It tastes almost like BBQ, i added a little shake of soya just before popping in oven.0 -
