Hello everyone just joined

Heard this was a great app to begin my journey to a healthier me.. need to make better choices in my food... and the energy to work out... Does anyone have suggestions on healthy eating, the transition is the hardest... i know i have to eat my veggies sometimes they just dont taste so great.. (not satisfied) and not sure what diet fits me best... (im currently trying low carb)

    Have you tried roasting the vegetables? So much better. Use a little fat, add some salt and pepper and boom! Delicious!
