Hey! This would actually be super helpful. I went vegan about a month ago, and so far am loving it. The only difficulty is B12 (duh) and getting enough protein with breakfast as I don't really feel like eating lentils for brekky lol. I'm not super into protein powders, but I know there are vegan ones available. Do you have any other suggestions, or know of any good places yo find them? Ta x

You could try tofu scramble for breakfast, it's really tasty!

Use firm tofu, press it to get rid of excess water and then chop it into cubes and crumble it into a hot pan. Add turmeric and black salt, pepper and any other herbs or spices you want. If you want a creamier scramble you can add a bit of soy or whatever non dairy milk you use to the pan.
It takes hardly any time, except for the pressing which can take from 15 minutes to an hour depending on how much water you want to get rid of.
