Calories and meals size

If I have a busy day so get manage to have my snacks etc come tea time when I’m home instead of having 450-500 left I have 850, do I still have the normal 500 or should I also use the extra 350 as well?

    If you have the calories and want to eat them, go for it. If you want to save them and use them another day, that's another option. You could also skip them, but don't do that too often.

    You're supposed to eat all your calories. Just make sure you log correctly - weigh it and use accurate database entries.
