Hi All,

Seeking some friends that may be on the Keto diet, or trying to lose 75 - 100 + lbs, or simply trying to get to Onederland.

I’d love to connect with others determined to get the weight off and be positive, uplifting support for each other and others out there.

    Hi, am doing Banting/keto since Jan, 13lb lost so far, keeping eye on my macros through MFP, and yes have over 75lb to lose

    I don't do Keto but I have 80+ pounds to lose :) (well 60 now since I've lost like 20 already lol :D ) so feel free to add me.

    I don't do keto - just calorie counting and exercise. I have lost 125 lbs. so far and am just above Onederland. 750 days into this thing and I feel I am just getting started... Stay strong and you can do anything you want.

    Just getting started on my journey to Onederland after giving birth- starting at 240, starting slow since I am still breastfeeding, just counting calories and will add exercise.

    Not doing keto but definitely going for a 75+ lb goal loss (more like 110). I am doing lower carb and lower sugar, mostly because I'm eating cleaner and higher protein.

    Can someone help me on how to track my food intake based on the keto diet and finding the ratio of carbs and fat i am supposed to adhere to? I need to lose 50 pounds by November!

    I am wheat and grain free and just recently getting back to it 100%. I also just started walking again and need to lose the weight my back injury piled on. I would love it if someone would tell me how to ad people and I would sure appreciate if you could include me. I need some help and accountability. . . Please

    That such a difficult KETO I just can't get into! I know it works, I know what to do and I have so much to lose, but still don't do it. I can use some friend's motivation....

    Hi there I am starting my weight loss journey again after 2 years of chronic pain and surgery due to a fall. I lost almost 90lbs using this app before and I'm going to do it again. I'm 25 down so far and have 70 to go to reach my goal weight but I know I can do it because I did it before. I am doing Keto this time because my activity level is slowly increasing as I heal so I need the advantages of ketosis. I'm quite a wealth of info so let me know if you need any help and I'll try my best!

    Hey everyone, I am newish to the mfp. I am not on the keto, but I am doing a shape up program through my gym for 16 weeks. It’s only the end of week 2. I have (long term) 100 lbs to lose. However I would be so happy if I got on the scale tomorrow and see that I lose 10 lbs.
