Tried the ww free style it was not good at all I am back here I have to succeed

    I am also not overly thrilled with the WW program... MFP is the only thing that has ever worked for me in the past.

    This forum has daily multiple WW freestyle complaint threads ... I have never seen so much failure from one "diet" method before

    I heard a lot of loyal WW customers didn't like the plan before free style either. I did WW years ago when you could pick between flex or core and it worked great then. I haven't paid them money since and haven't really liked what I read about any of the programs since when I did it.
