So I just got a new job and they had me fill in the bank dets etc last week on monday they said they would call me the next couple days so i called them on fri and got told that the training would probably be within a week, but they didn't say when exactly. The only problem is that I have bills due to next week I have no money for cos I thought I would have started this by now so quit my other job, but still not quite sure...
Should I call them first to remind them or would that just look too desperate?
Thanks in advance for any answers

I would call! I don't think it's desperate, it's showing that you actually care.0

If you have secured the job I'd def call them so you know what's going on0

Call them. You already got the job. Just be nice about it but don't mention that you don't have any money.0

should have said in the contract when your starting date is.
why did you accept the job if you have no clue when you start? whats to keep them from just terminating the "offer"?0 -
Yes, you need to call them . That shows your care and sincere for this job.
Whatever they would say, call them.0
