obviously I googled it, a lot of the recipes out there are not meant for the healthy mind ... I'm wondering if anyone HERE has a healthier easy recipe ... sorry if I bothered you with my question ...

I've also tried my Spark Recipe app but can't find one without coconut milk

    2/3 cup peanut butter
    1 cup water
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
mix together, stir over medium heat in saucepan till blended well.

    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1.5 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp soya sauce
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
mix these 4 ingredients in after removed from heat, stir and enjoy

don't know how much healthier it is than your other recipes tho...

Instead of cayenne, I use hot sauce... Like franks hot sauce or tabasco.

There are no rules with cooking you are the boss. i can take any recipe and make it healthy you dont really need all the ingredients in there to make it work. I go into the chicken and never follow a recipe i just add a bit of this and that to make it taste amazing.

You can use chicken broth to thin the peanut butter then add something spicy-red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
  • Sweet Peanut Sauce:

1/4 cup peanut butter (your choice)
    2 TBSP soy sauce
    3 TBSP sesame oil
3 TBSP sugar (I am sure you can cut this back or go for another sugar alternative)

Put in a mixing bowl and microwave in 45 second intervals, stirring between each one until smooth and creamy.

Caloric count is based on ingredients used. You don't need a whole lot of sauce, as for a little has a lot of flavor.
