obviously I googled it, a lot of the recipes out there are not meant for the healthy mind ... I'm wondering if anyone HERE has a healthier easy recipe ... sorry if I bothered you with my question ...
I've also tried my Spark Recipe app but can't find one without coconut milk0 -
2/3 cup peanut butter

-
Start with peanuts or peanut butter and then mix it with other healthy stuff, done.0
-
tabasco sauce or anything that will add a little "spice" to it will work0
-
Instead of cayenne, I use hot sauce... Like franks hot sauce or tabasco.0
-
i suspect chili paste would work in place of cayenne too0

There are no rules with cooking you are the boss. i can take any recipe and make it healthy you dont really need all the ingredients in there to make it work. I go into the chicken and never follow a recipe i just add a bit of this and that to make it taste amazing.0 -
You can use chicken broth to thin the peanut butter then add something spicy-red pepper flakes or hot sauce.0

Sweet Peanut Sauce:
1/4 cup peanut butter (your choice)
2 TBSP soy sauce
3 TBSP sesame oil
3 TBSP sugar (I am sure you can cut this back or go for another sugar alternative)
Put in a mixing bowl and microwave in 45 second intervals, stirring between each one until smooth and creamy.
Caloric count is based on ingredients used. You don't need a whole lot of sauce, as for a little has a lot of flavor.0 -
