What happened to your varicose veins? If you had them before you lost the weight, did they get better or worse?

    They've gotten worse as less fat covers them. Weight loss does not help because varicose veins are genetic.

    I went to a specialist, a doctor, and had them injected. My legs looked like a map of the world, but now they look great and I'm 62.

    The spider veins on the sides of my thighs remain no matter how much I lose.

    Ahhh, no good news!!! I have three little ones right now, prayerfully they don’t gain siblings.
