    It's took me about 3 and a half months. I joined MFP in January. But only started taking my diet seriously in the past 4 months or so! :) I've been losing 10-13 pound per month. But as I've gotten lighter, the weight has became harder to shift obviously :)


    Still another 45 to go! I'm halfway there, this is the main thing. :) Good luck with your journey, the time really does fly by!!
