I tried searching but wasn't able to find this specific number. What are some quick snacks I could have the are 70 calories or less at around 11:15am? I just need to make it til 12:30 for lunch.

Kellogg's makes protein bites. You can choose how many you want to eat. They are quite good, and should carry over for an hour.

Bananas are about 1 calorie per gram so you could probably have a small banana/half a large one.

Stuffed grape leaves (dolmas), typically stuffed with seasoned rice. You can usually find them on the olive bar at any nice grocery store or sometimes they are in a jar in the Mediterranean section. 80 calories for 2 and so delicious.

Three and a half Triscuit crackers is 70 calories. Several of the flavored varieties are good on their own, without anything on them; I especially like the Smoked Gouda flavor. Sargento Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Sticks are 60 calories each, so that's another option for a quick snack with more protein.

I'm sorry, but that would make me so sad - only eating 3.5 triscuits haha. But they are pretty hearty - so would likely solve an hour worth of hunger issue.

Not sure it will fill you up but a Ghiardelli chocolate square is 50-70 cals (depending on the variety). I often have one w/a mug of tea for a late night "snack."

Yves Veggie dogs in the family pack are 45-50 calories each. I eat them plain to snack on. I've seen some stuff in the snack food aisle that's 60 for a single serve bag. (Not Pop Chips, but sort of similar).

15 Popchips is 80 cals. 1 Fiber One bar is 90 cals. 1 hard-boiled egg is around 70 cals. Otherwise... cheese, deli cold cuts, fresh fruit or veggies... all good options. :)

4 cups of sliced radishes clocks in at 74 calories. I love them... crunchy, peppery, great dipped in a little salt.

Wasa crisps - the light ones. They are about 25 calories each. PB powder peanut butter (45 cal for 2 TBS). Sliced bananas. 1/4 a banana goes on about 2-3 crisps.
