Jump rope

Today is February 13. I have been intermittent fasting since late December. I have been steadily losing one pound every 7-12 days. In the last couple weeks I replaced 3-4 mile runs with 10-20 minutes of jump rope. Since that time my weight loss has went to 2-3 pounds per week. I have so far lost 20 pounds and I attribute it mostly to the addition of jump rope. I purchased the Crossrope system Amazon for around $70 and never regretted it. In fact I just ordered more heavy ropes for the system and look forward to continuing my journey. I also ordered a supermat to decrease wear on the ropes so they will last longer. I know this sounds like a lot of money but considering runners don’t think twice paying $120 for shoes they will replace every 3-6 months I figured the Crossrope system will save me money. Even if it doesn’t the results I’ve gotten so far we’re worth it.
