    This week (today in particular!) I’ve really struggled with sweet cravings. Totally weird as I quit added sugar on the 4th jan for 30’days and have only had verrrrry minimal sugar since the 30 days finished, but today I wanted sugar soooo badly, I found a raw vegan chocolate bar (85% dark chocolate) and only sweetened with dates and vanilla no added sugar at all. It was delicious and I’m very pleased I didn’t go all out for a huge bar of milk chocolate, or some Easter chocolate which is in the shops currently

    Literally NO idea how I lost 3.6lbs this week! I am still in shock. I had a crappy weekend with a birthday party, cake, snacks, alcohol, and wine, and went out for cocktails Friday night too, PLUS it was pancake day on Tuesday so I had loads of pancakes (crepes!) with lemon and sugar.
