Giving myself a swift kick in the butt and REALLY trying to get myself on track. Have been an athlete my whole life, and currently on round #2 of P90X. However, I'm also a foodie. I feel like I'm constantly sabotaging great workouts with a not-so-great meal. If you were to look at me with clothes on you would not think I am overweight, but looks can be deceiving! I can't stand to be in a bikini or even have my picture taken - not the right attitude for a 25 year old! Looking here for support and advice, and hopefully some similar stories/situations. Thanks for the help :)
