So I have been thinking alot about getting a bender ball, Do you guys think they really work? Does anyone have one? :tongue:

    I don't know if they work or not but I thought they looked pretty cool

    I have one but never use it. I just get bored easily.

    I used something similar and it does support your lower back, if you do it right. I prefer a big exercise ball -- many more uses.
