I have been on and off ww for years. I started end of December and only lost 5 lbs and put back 2 lbs in two weeks. I'm following points and exercises. I don't know what to do. I'm at a bad age, over 50 after menopause, but still feel I should be able to lose. Any tips.

Track your calories, even the fruit and vegetables. Weigh everything that passes your lips. You won't need to do this for long but it gives you an idea of the calories in foods you eat.1

No "bad age" to lose weight. Definitely track everything.1
