    The only thing it "sex" is that there is such a variation. I mean there are some people out there who probably don't burn anything doing it and others that are more inventive and vigorous and burn tons. I just count those as bonus calories burnt.

    how? and how would you know how many calories "lite, or vigorous" would be? lol so that you can deduct them?

    Just add "aerobics" (because it can be...:tongue: ) and manually enter in the minutes and how many calories depending on light, moderate or vigorous.
    I think CaloriesPerHour has Light around 75, Moderate around 95, Vigorous around 110 per hour.
    (Not that I've looked it up before or anything...!)

    I totally agree it should be on there... maybe under lovemaking? There was an exercise program about 20 years ago that had the motto of, "Reach for your mate instead of that plate." LOL :laugh:
