Trying to figure out how to enter this.
For lent I’m giving up Vodka tonics and sugar. Looking forward to accountability and new friends. Weight today is 200. Goal is 145 by August 13th. 80% diet 20% exercise.

    I am giving up tv, meat on Fridays, and committing myself to 30 minutes of exercise a day during Lent.
