Motivation to Exercise

I'm usually really motivated to exercise everyday, but today feels like the opposite. I'm not sure if I'm too tired or if I just need to shut it and just do it! Usually, all I have to do is remind myself that I'm doing this for my health, and that just gets me going. I think it might be the kind of exercises I'm doing since they do seem a bit monotonous, but they're always kicking my butt!

What do you do to motivate yourself to exercise and keep on going?

I come here. When I see ppl of diff ages & sizes doing whatever exercise they can -- when I see the results - I see ppl who are sick and injured - if they can do it, no excuses for me

Some days you kinda gotta force yourself. Remember, falling off the wagon starts by skipping a single day...

Tell yourself you're going to go out and do it only for ten minutes. If you are still hating it after 10 minutes, then stop. But most the time we just can't be bothered starting :)

Some days are harder than others....sometimes you just need to take a break. Sometimes, you just need to do it. If you haven't taken a day off in a while, then do it. If you have, then find something positive to focus on.....think about how great it felt the last time you stepped on the scale and it had gone down.....or how awesome those new jeans will look on you! lol

    Truer words were never spoken...

My exercise motivation is with the inevitable zombie apocalypse in mind. I want to be thin and fit so I can outrun the little buggers.
