    Well I did the first 3 weeks of 80DO and had good results! I lost 6 pounds and 3" going from 135 to 129 on my 5'5" frame. I stopped for two weeks, because I was traveling. So on Monday I am going to start from scratch.

    If anyone wants to see my progress, I am going to document the whole thing with pictures and info etc, shoot me a friend request. Or if you want to share recipes or advice! Community is welcome :)

    Oh I am also a physical therapist and a yoga teacher :)

    Well hello Crissy! This IS the year for change. I agree. I am 190lbs and just googled BMI calculations and have a BMI of 32.6. I hate that word obese....UGH. I just met with my doc on 02/14 and I am on a low carb, high protein diet so this is all new to me. Had my first protein shake in my life today as a meal replacement (also a new term for me). I am 63 and just had a total hip replacement 2 months ago. I feel great and look forward to feeling even greater! Marsha
