PiZza dough

Hi everyone! I need a little help! Not sure if I’m doing something wrong but I make my own pizza dough (5 cups of white flour and 2 cups of water and 1 teas of dry yeast) this makes 2 large pizza with 8 slices each..now with no toppings it’s telling me it’s only 28 calories a slice! Is this possible ?? Am I doing something wrong! Thanks in advance!

5 cups of all purpose flour would be 2200 calories... per slice would be at least 137.501

Yes the recipe builder..I divide it by 16 slices at it gives me 28 calories0

make sure you're choosing an accurate entry from the database as well as the correct quantity0 -

Your flour is way off. 440 is for a single cup of flour.1

yeah, that flour entry is definitely inaccurate. the database is user maintained so there are a lot of entries that are incorrect. when in doubt you can cross reference with the usda food database

In my recipe for my pizza last night, I know that 86% of my dough is flour. I weighed the dough and found it was 143 grams. I calculated 86% of 143 grams, converted that to cups and logged .36 cups of King Arthur Bread Flour
