Hi Peeps! Just finished a 30 Day Challenge (tough) but lost 6 kgs and keen to not find those kilos again... ! Still have another 10 kgs to go so hope to find a spot here for sharing and absorbing inspiration and motivation from like minded people

    Welcome Ponderosakaren :) I've found this space to be very helpful, I don't post a lot but I read people's posts and comments every morning and I find it helps my keep the right mindset to continue losing weight.

    Thirteen years ago (I can't freaking believe it's been that long but it has) I took a year off before college to work on goat and sheep farms, and I was able to travel to NZ for three months and worked on two different goat farms, one near Te Awamutu and one near Cambridge. It's a beautiful country and I hope to go back someday. I live in the Northeast US now.
