Pistachios, but I love them all. I tend to eat cashews and almonds and walnuts often, as well as pistachios.

Macedamia are my all time favourite but they are so expensive. Cashews and almonds are also great. I love pistachios but find it really hard to find unsalted ones? Peanuts and brazil nuts are the only two I am not that fond of.

Don't know if the brand is available in your area, but I get Setton Farms Unsalted Pistachios at my local Jewel grocery store:

You can also order unsalted pistachios on Amazon.

Peanuts. They're pretty high in protein (which is something I struggle with), and not too expensive. So they're a staple. (eating some right now haha).

But almonds and cashews are my favourite occasional/treat nut. But especially if they have salt, I can't stop myself from going to town on them, so they are not very healthy at that point haha.

For me, cashews first, peanuts second. However, my body doesn't digest cashews very well (and I do find it hard to eat them in moderation), so stick to just peanuts now. Occasionally I'll have some walnuts.

My faves are pistachios, cashews and peanuts. Almonds are tasty if they're flavored. Blue Diamond Soy & Wasabi Almonds are the bomb.

I LOVE them all. They are a danger food for me. I usually don't have them in the house. So for me, not healthy at all.

So many of you saying pistachios... have you tried the Turkish ones? Omg, so good...

I remember eating the red ones with my dad all the time when I was little, he loved those. The first time I ate ones that were not red and didn't stain my hand, I was like what are these? Pistachios are red... haha... No fun... lol

Seriously - walnuts for omega-3s. I love roasted almonds (smoked almonds are wonderful), macadamias and pecans just for taste.
Interestingly, I have found that flaxseed oil tastes like walnuts.

There are also chile lime-flavored cashews and almonds and my husband loves those. He tends to prefer spicier foods than I do.

Pistachios!!! Unsalted, though. I hate salty foods.

Almonds (pronounced ammund) and pecans. Though I have a ton of walnuts in the freezer from a friend’s tree. I like walnuts but one nut is like 40,000 calories.

Cashews (lightly salted ofc, I get feel super guilty for some reason otherwise).
