    Ack! I forgot to come look for the new thread.

    5.5 for me today and I'm back at it for the next 14 days, until my surgery. Then I only anticipate only being off for a couple of days, as I'm hoping to get back into the gym right away, even if it's for a slow stroll on the treadmill.
