Hi there FitnessPals. A friend just recommended this app to me. I'll tell you about my journey so far... My motivation to get in shape came from a negative thing that happened in my life. My marriage was ending back in June 2016, I decided it was time to make a positive change in my health. I weighed myself then and was 315 lbs. As of now, Feb 2018 I am 245 lbs. So I have made a lot of progress so far. I feel more energy and feel better about myself overall. I want to continue getting in better shape and losing my excess body fat. I've been doing intermittent fasting for about 6 weeks now and that's been working for me. I got to the gym 1 or 2 times a week. Hope to make some friends here, especially if you do IF too.
