Dr Oz 6 shortcuts to weightloss

6.Get you a great workout partner. Take something of there's. Like shoes so you have to meet them at the gym to get the workout in. 3x a week 30minutes 1yr 13lb loss.

Tips: Don't buy 100 calorie bags, buy the snacks you like, and use small zip lock bags. You can't fit no more than 100 calories in the bag, and another the HCG Diet will ruin your metabolism.

    Yay! I have a friend who just told me last week that she's doing it. I kept my mouth shut when she was telling me but inside I was screaming "WHY????"

    It's a new drug that is similar to what woman produce when were pregnant, and it suppose to help you lose weight. It's all over the internet.

    --> How about try to eat less processed food?

    --> Nothing wrong with eating carb, go whole grain
