Purchase a coffee for each of us, give her a wink while i put it down on her table infront of her and then walk out.

Very unlikely, but if there is a slight chance she looked at the bottom if the cup after she finished, she would notice my number written underneath.

I'd try to convince her to join me for lunch, dinner, maybe the theatre, dancing and why not wind down with some drinks at some nice chilled out club.
