Me!! Me!! Feel free to add me ladies. I’ve finally been able to start lifting again. I have a home gym - squat rack / bench press safety thingie, bars, weights and an evil dreadmill.
I religiously follow StrongLifts 5x5 Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I just learned the sumo deadlift high pull yesterday. So far I’m loving the CrossFit classes. They challenge me to push hard! Keep it up!2
