Total Conditioning or Body Pump

So I have a question and was hoping someone could help me out. I do this intense class at my gym called "Total Conditioning" it is similar to a "Body Pump" class but it also includes some cardio. I like tracking my exercise, but have no idea how many calories I burn, or what a class like that burns. Does anyone know?! Your help would be appreciated, thanks!

without a HRM its hard to know but I use the "circuit training" option here0

I would do have circuit/half strength!
I do this for a similar class that I do which is boot camp style with cardio spurts and TRX total body conditioning.

With my HRM I burn about 530 calories in Body Pump for 1 hour. So I would say somewhere in that range...sorry this isn't more helpful. But the most accurate way would be with a HRM. You would be obsessed with one if you did get one! I use mine every time I work out so I know exactly how hard I am working. Hope this helps!0
