I am looking for more friends that are on here regularly. I started out with lots of MFP friends the beginning of the year but slowly more and more have disappeared as the year has gone on. Please feel free to add me. I am on daily!

    I’ve been using MFP for over 5 years now without missing a day. Works for me and I’ve nw lost 30kgs since the start of my journey. Now 56 years old and have a six pack for the first time in my life. It works if you stick with it.
