Hi! I'm new.

Hello! My name is Raven. I've been trying to lose weight since August of last year. I feel like I'm in this cycle where I lose 10 lbs and then I gain it back and then I lose it again. When I'm stressed, I go to food for comfort, and this past year has been really stressful as I've finished up my Bachelor degree in Education and was student teaching. Now I've graduated I'm hoping that I can break some of my habits and create healthier ones. My friend MJ suggested this site. Today is my first day. I'm excited about being part of a fitness community.

    Hi I know I have the same problem 10 is my magic number, but this has helped me more aware of what I am putting in my body and I know it will help you too. It even motivates me to exercise more. Feel free to add me as a friend. : )
