Can’t figure out how to get my Activity from my Apple Watch to sync to MFP.

That's exactly how I did it. If you are on your phone, go to the Health App > Sources > MyFitnessPal > And I just turn everything on for all categories to be safe.0 -

I have it all synced like it says but it’s still not ding my exercises, only steps!!!! Ugh0

curious, when you do activities ( active burns ) do those get logged in the MFP app as well automatically? I turned off tracking because at the end of the day for some reason the way it syncs it keeps subtracting my workouts or something, but I also add my workouts manually so I don't know if that has anything to do with it
I know the "strength training" option in the apple watch app doesn't record as active calories or burn in MFP. Apparently only "cardiovascular" exercises will calculate in your daily totals...not sure if that's the same issue you're having.
