Trying to lose 80lbs

How is it going everyone I am 310lbs as of February 19th, 2018. My goal weight is to be around 230lb. My problem is I start working out one week and I keep it up relentlessly but then my motivation starts to fade going into the second week. I believe everyone deserves a support team. In return I will push you to your best potential. So what do you think?

    I hear you. I am trying to lose 60 pounds. I do the exact same. I start and keep it up for short bursts and get sick or start to make excuses. Ok. A buddy is needed. Let’s do it!

    I've lost 90 pounds. I workout but have a great fear of the gym. It won't go away. Friends me. We can support each other.

    I'm working on losing about the same now. I've been doing well going to the gym And balancing what I like with what I need. You can add me as I log my exercise. Good luck. Motivation fades so gotta find what you need to keep you going
