None = because they are useless!
If you are short of protein in your diet then have some whey protein.9 -
Zero, cos scientifically not necessary...just useful for fleecing your pocket of cash...4

yup - I'm with the others - none - complete waste of money!3

So, you don't have a favorite brand?1

Another one that doesn't use then. The evidence in the way of peer reviewed studies indicate there is no benefit and some potential drawback for MPS. A waste of money.2

BCAAs are just one type of amino acids. There are multiple types and the body needs them all. One kind isn’t necessarily better then the others. Eat whole protein sources and meet your protein goal and you’ll get plenty of amino acids.0

^ All the above. BCAAs are a waste of time and money.

Which ever ones come with caffeine.0

The benefits are minimal at best as explained above, but I use the Amino Energy Because it's got caffeine and a good flavor for mixing in my beta alanine and Citrulline and creatine.3

I second Animo Energey (grape is my favorite) also as a caffeine delivery system over anything else. It is something different than coffee or soda and has caffeine and a good flavor, I have some every 2-3 weeks.1

I agree with previous posters recommending Amino Energy. I also take it for the caffeine, and so I can mix stuff in it. I'm not particularly concerned about my amino acid levels, as I eat a fair amount of protein, but I am not interest in the preworkout with all the other crap in it.0

I also like ON Amino Energy. Green apple tastes so good! I use it as a preworkout because it has a lot less caffeine than most preworkout so I don’t feel jittery. I got it as a preworkout and not necessarily for the aminos though.1

I enjoy the taste of the Revolution Nutrition BCAA Splash. I'm well aware that it's essentially just flavouring for my water bottle and don't do anything anabolically on their own.
That being said, the flavours are highly palateable, even mixed at 1/4 the recommended strength. (I use 1 scoop/litre) and price point I buy them makes them far more worthwhile than any of the other Sport Drinks, or water flavourings out there.
The refreshingness helps my focus be it in the gym, on the ice, or workout out in the yard and you can't deny the benefits of drinking more water on a daily basis.
If you find it helps you....placebo or not....then ignore the nay-sayers and go with what you enjoy!1
