I like the 100 calorie whipped greek yogurt. Low calorie snacks don't keep me full for long, though, so I usually opt for more filling foods with more calories and just snacking less often.

You won't find a full size protein bar under 100 cals. All I can think of are Quaker Chewy bars, Special K 90 calorie bars and Fiber One bars. Those all work if you just want a granola bar.

Other things that are about 100 cals
    1 egg with 1/2 apple
celery with 1 tbsp peanut butter
    carrots with 2 tbsp hummus
2 rice cakes with 1/4 an avocado
1/2 cup cereal with 1 cup almond milk
    1 Chef's Cut chicken jerky
1 light string cheese, 5 almonds
2 oz deli lunch meat, 4 triscuits
  • I recently got a box of special k pastry bars. I'm not usually a fan of special K, but these were tasty. 100 calories, and reminded me of poptarts.

There are some yogurts right around 100 calories. I prefer mine to have at least 10 grams of protein.

    -Fruit
    -Hard boiled egg
    -Hummus and vegetables to dip
    -String cheese/babybel
    -Oikos greek yogurt
    -Dark chocolate
    -Popcorn, no oil
-Tomato and cucumber salad, herbs (like dill or basil), with squeezed lemon and some salt and pepper

Not exactly healthy but helps with my cravings:
-Crispy mini rice cakes (ex. Savory tomato & basil)
    -Chocolate or blueberry eggo waffles
    -Granola bar
    -Chocolate pudding (JELL-O)

This is my "go to". I put some golden raisins on top for some sweetness and I'm good to go!

Those Cutie clementines, around 40 calories each. They take me forever to eat too, all that peeling and pulling the sections apart.
