Turkey Burgers

Just made these tonight - Yummy!

I'll try to be as specific as possible, but I really just tossed it all into a bowl.

1 lb 93/7 Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
1/4 C Sundried Tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
2 T Capers, chopped
1/2 C Raw spinach chopped/torn
1/2 C Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and form 5-6 patties, depending on preferred size. I grilled them and served them over grilled portobellos seasoned with S & P.

Per serving (makes 5 servings)
Cals: 200 Carbs: 2 Fat: 9 Protein: 24 Sodium: 331
