I'm almost 50 and take ester c, along with vimerson multi vitamin and a protein shake 5 days a week at the gym. Joints have been sore and painful at times. Im at the gym 5 days a week for 5 months then im a landscaper the rest walking about 15 miles a day. So is there a multi with a joint compound out there so i am not taking multiple pills.

You won't get the needed dose in a multi that you can fit in your mouth
