I am a mother of six amazing kids ages 15 to 1. My weight struggles have been a complete rollercoaster. I’ve been tiny (for me :125lb) and I’ve been heavy (225lb). Each time I’ve lost weight, it was in unhealthy ways. Each time I’ve gained was because I love food. I have an enlarged heart and have had a ton of other medical issues. After battling a bleeding issue for several months, I finally found something to help 4 months ago. The past couple weeks, I’ve really started trying to get healthy the right way. I’ve started weightlifting and tae bo. I do aerobics also. Having six kids and being a preschool teacher, and a wife makes finding time a struggle. I am currently about 180. I am 31 years old. And I LOVE food. Any encouragement and or healthy food alternatives would be great!

Same, add me and we can try to help each other. I have not been able thus far to lose weight in a healthy way...I really want to show my kids that it can be done!

I love food too, actually more, now that I don't overeat anymore, and I don't struggle after I learned that no foods are healthy or unhealthy, all foods can be eaten in moderation, a healthy diet is balanced and varied, and I just have to get in enough of all I need every day, and not too much of anything over time.
