I'm new and would like friends

I'm new on here. I just started my lifestyle change yesterday and would love to have some friends on this site. My wife and I both decided that we needed to do something consistent, and thought that a great way to start would be to start keeping a food diary. Well one thing led to another and I found this site and the iphone app to go along with it. I was excited about it and have gotten started. Now I just hope that I will continue to follow through with this until I reach my goal that is about 70 pounds away.
So, any encouragement you guys can give us would be appreciated. My wife's name on here is "ChrisandSherry", so feel free to friend her too!

    This is the easiest way to keep a food diary I've found. I've been more consistent with logging my food since I started on here than I ever have before. Welcome.
  • I joined in July and love it.. I have to keep track of carbs and trying to lose 20 pounds. hard to do at my age...

    Welcome! I've been using this site actively for the last two weeks (joined in March ... oops) and it really is very useful!
