So I am exercising, trying to get serious this time, and also trying to make it a lifestyle change. But when I work out in the Nike Training Club for 30 minutes, MFP states I burned 240 calories. Really? ONLY 240 calories and all that work? Oh boy!
On another note, will this get rid of my cellulite?

That sounds about right... It sucks doesn't it? On the other hand... you may think twice about having a 'treat' once you realise how long it takes to burn it off...

    Get a heart rate monitor.

Eating right and exercise will do the magic

    Hey :)

I know how you feel...it can get really frustrating...However you have to be patient and motivated! Calorie burn is unique to each person so dont be demotivated by the number. Concerning the cellulite, you have to keep 2 things in mind:

    1. You should eat good fat inorder to strengthen the cells in your trouble areas where the cells are so weak and causing the cellulite. Buy Omega 3,6, and 9.

    2. Building muscles helps you burn calories...and when you do, the quantity of the fat in your trouble areas will decrease and eventually causing the appearence of cellulite to disappear.

So keep up the good work, you are doing the right thing by excercising!
    Good luck :)

Agree with HRM and it depends how much you weigh the more you weigh the more calories you burn. And actually when I have used MFP's amount of calories burned they have been higher than my HRM's amount burned
