    Literally NO idea how I lost 3.6lbs this week! I am still in shock. I had a crappy weekend with a birthday party, cake, snacks, alcohol, and wine, and went out for cocktails Friday night too, PLUS it was pancake day on Tuesday so I had loads of pancakes (crepes!) with lemon and sugar.     This week I really struggled with snacking. Had to really keep everything in line but it was hard...
    saying that, I did only order some tea when I met with a friend on Tuesday for a drink and she ordered wine. Small victory but I’ll take it!!
