cooking for 4, MFP for one

I cook for 2 adults and 2 children. They are all having teh same healthy food as me, but I obviously need to weigh mine. Of course I can work out total weight of veg, protein etc, but my dish wont necessarily be a 1/4 because 2 are young kids, my husband eats more etc....
IS there a solution here? Should I just cook in separate pan for me? I would like to avoid that if i can?
(I have very little room for error as I am on a doctor prescribed 1200 calorie diet..

Can you weigh everything in advance and figure out what the total weight is, then just take 1/4 of it out for yourself and leave the rest for them?3

Weight the whole recipe including any water put a serving as 1g weigh your portion when finished then say you had X number of portions1

figure out total cals of the full amount, weight the full amount that is cooked, weigh out your portion of the total cooked and enter that much into MFP. So if you enter the info for the full meal and it is 1500 calories. weigh the total, say it weighs 25 oz, so 25oz = 1500 cals, and you eat 5.5 oz, which would give you (1500/25*5.5) 330 cals or 22% of the total (5.5/25)0

Use the recipe builder and enter how many portions you are eating.
That is how I do it. My husband eats way more than I do.

Yes I can do that. ( I normally weigh stuff raw because it is more accurate, or so I thought) But I will do cooked and see what life brings! This has to work!!!!!!!0
