Limited exercices

When I try to look up certain exercises (i.e. Straight-line side lifts, bicycling (done on the floor), standing knee tuck, etc.), none of these options are in the database. So you have the option to Create an exercise, but my problem is to do that, you input the time and amount of calories burned; I can essentially input any numbers I want, making the whole thing pretty much obsolete. Or am I missing something here?

    You would have to determine another method for estimating energy expenditure. Also, don't assume the exercises in the database are accurate for energy expenditure...most are not. There are better ways of estimating expenditure for various things than relying on the database.

    Personally, I'd just log it as calisthenics or something...depending on how long you're doing it, it's not going to really be that big of a calorie burn.

    Sometimes, I use this chart from Harvard for some of the oddball activities. I noticed they have estimated calories burned in 30 minutes for both moderate and virgorous calisthenics:
